Duties and Responsibilities:The primary role of a radiologic technologist (also called an x-ray technologist or radiographer) is using x-ray equipment to produce images of tissues, organs, bones, and vessels and administering radiation therapy treatments.
Salary: A Radiologic Technologist with mid-career experience which includes employees with 5 to 10 years of experience can expect to earn an average total compensation of $48,000 based on 1,052 salaries. Education:Radiology Technician Educational Requirements There is a variety of formal training programs available to future radiology technicians.
